o    Deal with customer call backs / general enquires that are received via the incoming call flow.
o    Fresher graduate in any discipline with 0-3 years of experience (12th/+2/PUC/HSC/Diploma "Fresher" are also eligible)
o    Candidate must possess Standard written and verbal communication skills
o    Flexible to work in night shifts
