Responsibilities would include:

Working on live projects to deliver software products of global standards.
Responsible for design,coding and testing.
Should have good knowledge on C++, C#.NET.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify risks and mitigations throughout the product lifecycle.
2. Set priorities of individual team members in order to optimize effectiveness
3. Identify and resolve conflicts within a product development schedule
4. Load balancing individual / team workloads across multiple projects
5. Develop document and execute standardized product deliverable procedures
6. Understanding of the development lifecycle as well as support process for software/hardware products
7. Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to the marketplace
8. Must be able to communicate to senior executives internally and externally.
