Role Purpose:

To monitor IT infrastructure as per predefined criteria

Managing the incidents effectively in alignment with the ITSM processes and interfacing with Technical Resources and Manager wherever applicable.

Escalates complex problems to higher level of expertise or Field Engineer.


Key Qualifications :

LOCATION : CHENNAI

* Experience 0 to 1 years

• Education â€" Any Degree

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

• knowledge on Operating Systems, Hardware, Networking is desirable

• Multitasking and coordination skills.

• Team Player

• Willingness and ability to work in shifts (24 x 7)
