We need dynamic and committed personnel having enriched experience in Real Estate Companies for following positions:

Senior Architects
candidate should be B.Arch / G.D. Arch with relevant experience of 10-18 years in Design & Drawing and Interior & Finishing having thorough knowledge of Mumbai Municipal Planning by laws, DC rules and regulations in respects of Residential & Commercial Projects.

Junior Architects
Candidate should B.Arch / G.D. Arch with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Design & Drawing having thorough knowledge of Mumbai Municipal Planning by laws, DC rules and regulations.

Billing Engineers
Candidate should be B.E. (Civil) or Diploma (Civil) with minimum 7 years of experience in quantity survey, billing, checking / preparing of bills etc. Should be conversant with estimation, rate analysis, contract clauses, mode of measurements and detailed specifications of all kinds of civil, structural and interior works.

Senior Manager - Purchase
Graduate or / and Diploma in Materials Management having excellent negotiation skills with minimum 12 years of experience in material procurement, vendor development & management, cost analysis etc. in real estate industry. He will be responsible for quality & time effective sourcing of materials required with overall responsibility of all pre/post order activities till receipt of materials at stores. Knowledge of ERP is must

Senior Advocate
Candidates should be LLB/LLM having experience of 8-10 years in litigation & non litigation (Documentation) matters. He will be responsible for drafting legal documents, sales agreements, MOUs, conveyances of properties.
