Network Support Engineer
Qualification:
Any UG Degree / Diploma only and BE candidates not required
Job Role:
To provide technical assistance on applications developed in-house, server setups, backup operations, data centre management, database management, server inventory and misc lan/wan support.
Required Skill-set:
• Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP).
• Bridging and switching concepts, LAN technologies such as Ethernet-CSMA/CD.
• IP addressing and sub netting, Routing concepts.
• MS-SQL Server Operations.
• IIS.
• Domain name servers.
• Windows component services.
• Sound knowledge of windows operating systems.
• Internet sharing and related subjects.
• Ready to work on shifts.
